SEASONAL
Our garden-to-plate recipes are infused with wild-gathered, home-grown and fermented ingredients that we craft with reverence to Mother Nature and her cycles. As we attune to the land through the seasons, we appreciate that certain ingredients are only available when nature is ready to give them to us — thus, our recipes are ever evolving.

CYCLICAL
We formulate our recipes using highly nutritious elements like skins, stalks and seeds that would typically end up forgotten. If there are any ingredients that we are unable to use in the kitchen, it goes to our vermicompost system. The castings we harvest from our vermicompost are added to the vegetable garden, creating a continual cycle of nourishment.

CONSCIOUS
As much as possible, our cultivated ingredients are organically grown using regenerative and permaculture-centred practices. Our foraged ingredients are responsibly collected with botanical expertise and respect for the plants and their life cycles. We only take what we need and we always leave some for the bees.

LIVING
Our practices honor the bacteria, the cultures and the many living relationships within the land and soil. We strive to preserve real and honest connections by sourcing in-season ingredients from local growers and land stewards to ensure the most nourishing and wholesome ingredients for all.

My menus are always crafted in celebration of the vegetables in season. Local, organic, grass-fed meats can be requested if desired. I serve plenty of colourful ferments, fresh flavours, florals, and wild-foraged dishes to get your guests curious. I customize my menu to uplift your specific event and the experience that you wish to share with your guests.
Vegan + GF and allergy-friendly menus are available.

I serve the wellness community at retreats, women’s gatherings, and small seasonal events.
As I like to keep my dining experiences intentional, connected, and intimate, I only cater to up to a maximum of 20 guests at this time.

I take a very limited number of local catering bookings from May-October, and destination retreat bookings from November-March. If you have an upcoming event that you’re interested in having catered, please fill out the ‘inquire here’ form to ensure my availability.

Pricing is event-specific and based on the complexity of the requested menu, the location of the event, the number of meals catered, and the size of your group. At this time we serve a minimum of 10 guests and a maximum of 20.
